Why do "they" always say that when you are angry it is good to "get it out there" and "express yourself" and "say what you need to say"??
When I display anger or other emotions I just leave feeling shattered, exposed, and weak.
And nothing ever changes anyway.........

Whenever I try to express my anger or feelings it never comes out the way I want or people just don't understand. It never does make you feel better in anyway. thats why I usually keep my mouth shut. Its not worth it to try.
